Terms of Service
Last updated August 31, 2026
These terms cover two separate things: use of the Narrow Path Strategies website at https://narrowpathstrategies.com, and the licence governing the NPOS platform. Narrow Path Strategies is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Seth Beckman in Florida, United States.
Part One — Website terms of use
Using this site
This website describes Narrow Path Strategies's consulting and software services. You may read it, share links to it, and contact Narrow Path Strategies through it. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it, attempt to break into it, or misrepresent yourself as Narrow Path Strategies when using its content.
Information here is not advice
Content on this site is general information about how Narrow Path Strategies works. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular result for your business. An engagement begins only under a signed agreement.
Ownership
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Narrow Path Strategies unless stated otherwise. Product and company names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Part Two — NPOS end-user licence agreement
What NPOS is, and who may use it
NPOS is Narrow Path Strategies's internal business operating system. It is not sold, distributed, or licensed to the public. It is not multi-tenant software and it has no external user base.
Use is limited to Seth Beckman and any individual he explicitly authorises. If you are reading this and you are not one of those people, you have no licence to use NPOS.
Licence and restrictions
Authorised users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use NPOS for Narrow Path Strategies's business operations. That licence does not permit copying the software, redistributing it, sublicensing it, reselling it, or reverse engineering it. The licence ends when Narrow Path Strategies says it ends.
Connected accounts
NPOS connects to third-party services on Narrow Path Strategies's own behalf, including QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Plaid, and Supabase. Each connection is authorised by Seth Beckman and can be revoked by him at any time from within the service concerned.
NPOS accesses only Narrow Path Strategies's own records in those services. Handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Automated processing and its limits
NPOS uses automated and AI-assisted processing to summarise and report on business data. Automated output can be wrong. It is reviewed by a person before it is relied on, and it does not replace a qualified accountant, attorney, or financial adviser.
Nothing produced by NPOS constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice to anyone.
No warranty
NPOS is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Narrow Path Strategies does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narrow Path Strategies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of use of this website or of NPOS.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
