Built by an engineer, not a sales team

I'm Seth Beckman, founder of Narrow Path Strategies. I have a Computer Engineering degree and a background in network engineering — I started on hardware and infrastructure, not marketing decks. That shows up in how I work: I care about how systems actually behave under real conditions, not how they look in a pitch.

Narrow Path Strategiesis a solo operation by design. I keep it that way through aggressive automation — I build with AI heavily, and I run my own business on the same kind of system I build for clients. If it doesn't hold up under my own workload, I don't sell it to yours.

On the software side, custom builds run through Kairos Engineering, the engineering arm behind Narrow Path Strategies's consulting work. Same person, same standards — Narrow Path Strategies is the audit and the relationship, Kairos is where the system gets built.

I'm not interested in cookie-cutter software. Every business runs differently, and the systems I build are engineered specifically around how you actually work — not retrofitted from a template.
